Thank you for choosing GutterGuys for your roofing and/or gutter installation project. To ensure a safe and efficient experience, please review the following important information:


⚠️ Work Zone Safety Notice


During installation, your property becomes an active work zone. For your safety and the safety of our crew:


  • Falling Debris: Roofing and gutter removal/installation will create debris such as nails, screws, shingle pieces, and metal fragments.


  • Cleanup Commitment: GutterGuys will make every effort to thoroughly clean all areas affected by our work using magnets and sweepers. However, some debris may remain hidden, especially in grass, mulch beds, or landscaped areas. Please use caution when walking barefoot or allowing pets outside after installation.


🚗 Vehicle Access & Parking


To avoid delays or inconvenience:


  • Move all vehicles out of your driveway and garage before the start of work.


  • Our dump trailers and equipment may block access to driveways, garages, or other parking areas.


  • If you anticipate needing to leave during the day, please park on the street or elsewhere accessible.


🏠 Protecting Your Property


While we take great care to protect your home and landscaping:


  • Please secure or remove any fragile outdoor items, such as potted plants, furniture, or décor near the work area.


  • Cover or move any items of concern in your attic or garage directly under the roof deck, as some debris or dust can fall during installation.
  • If possible have lawn mowed prior to allow for easier cleanup.
  • Take down any picture frames, delicate items hung or located on exterior walls to avoid potential breakage.


📅 Timeline & Communication


  • We’ll provide you with a scheduled start date and notify you of any changes due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.


If you have any questions before, during, or after the installation, don’t hesitate to contact our office or speak with the crew leader on-site.


🐾 Pets

  • For their safety and comfort, we recommend keeping pets indoors or in a secure area away from the work zone during installation.
  • Loud noises, falling debris, and unfamiliar workers may cause stress or anxiety for animals, and open gates or fences may pose a risk of escape.



📡Satellite Dishes, Awnings, and Solar Panels

  • Please be advised that if your property includes satellite dishes, awnings attached to the roof, or solar panels, these items may need to be temporarily removed and reinstalled during the course of our work.  It is the responsibility of the property owner to arrange for the removal and reinstallation of these items by the appropriate service provider or installation company.


*We can remove and reinstall and existing satellite dish but do not adjust or realign or make adjustments to any third-party equipment or attachments.  Verify with your sales person about satellite dish removal.


GutterGuys is not liable for any damage to satellite dishes, awnings, solar panels, or related components that may occur during the course of our work, including but not limited to removal, reinstallation, or accidental impact if these items are left in place.


To avoid any issues or delays, please ensure that all such items are addressed prior to the start of our scheduled work.
