Now Hiring: Outside Sales Representative for Gutter Installation Division in Charlotte and Kings Mountain, NC

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced outside sales representative to join our team in the Charlotte and Kings Mountain, NC areas. Our company specializes in gutter installation services, and we are looking for an individual who is passionate about sales and has a proven track record of success in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through networking, prospecting, and cold-calling
• Conduct product demonstrations to potential customers
• Prepare proposals and quotes for clients
• Follow up with clients to close deals and achieve sales goals
• Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of outside sales experience in the home improvement industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable with working in both residential and commercial settings
• Knowledge of gutter installation or related products is a plus

Gutter Installer - Kings Mountain, NC

Gutter Guys Inc is seeking a gutter installer responsible for installing, repairing and applying leaf protection for seamless gutters. Gutter installers should be comfortable using ladders and not afraid of heights.

Gutter Installer Responsibilities:

• Measuring for seamless gutter installation and leaf protection.
• Cutting sheet metal and hanging seamless gutters.
• Using ladders and lifts when applicable.
• Caulking all gaps and joints.
• Using a variety of gutter installation machines.
• Working with sales team to update job status and report any issues that arise on the jobsite.
• Organizing gutter materials for each installation.
• Time management and attention to detail.

Gutter Installer Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Valid NC or SC Drivers License
• Experience installing seamless gutters and handling power tools if needed.
• Analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strength and a good sense of balance.
